SKU Collision Watch privacy policy

This app reads Shopify product and variant identifiers, titles, vendor names, and product status to find repeated SKUs and barcodes. We store the shop domain, authentication sessions, scan results, and acknowledgement notes needed to provide the service. Shopify authentication may provide information about the staff account opening the app.

We do not request customer records, orders, payments, or inventory write access. We do not sell store data or use it to train AI models. Store data is used to operate the app, troubleshoot problems, and manage access to purchased features.

Shopify provides installation and billing. Railway hosts and stores app data to run the service. Reports are retained for up to 90 days. We remove the shop's app records and access sessions when Shopify reports an uninstall or sends a shop deletion request. Infrastructure backups are not currently enabled.
